Bolingbrook Golf Club is excited to partner with Half Acre Beer Co. for a one-night-only Beer Dinner that brings craft beer and chef-driven cuisine together in a unique way. This exclusive dining experience features a five-course menu made with Half Acre beers themselves, allowing each dish to showcase the flavor, character, and versatility of the brew beyond the glass.

Rather than traditional beer pairings, the beers are incorporated directly into each course enhancing flavors, balancing textures, and creating a cohesive, beer-forward dining experience. Guests will enjoy thoughtful courses designed to highlight how each Half Acre brew influences the dish from start to finish.

December 31st | 8:00pm – 1:00am

This highly anticipated evening blends elevated dining, premium entertainment, and a touch of luxury, perfect for welcoming the new year in spectacular fashion.
Your evening begins with cocktail hour and a dazzling fireworks show, setting the tone from the very first moment. Enjoy expertly crafted cocktails from our open bar, mingle with fellow guests, and savor an array of chef-curated offerings including:
Passed Hors D’oeuvres • Charcuterie Display • Live-Action Pasta Station • Sliced Tenderloin Carving Station • Late-Night Slider Bar • Dessert & Sweets Table
As the night unfolds, enjoy entertainment with a live DJ, followed by a live band from 9 PM to midnight to keep the celebration going well into the new year. Capture the magic with luxe photo ops experience complete with props. When the clock strikes twelve, gather as we ring in 2026 with a champagne toast, creating a picture-perfect moment to start the year. Open seating will be available for all guests who do not purchase a VIP table.
